Asset Recovery Course
Corrupt individuals exploit legal loopholes to hide stolen assets. This course covers the concept of asset recovery, the legal framework guiding asset recovery, preservation and management, asset recovery process, confiscation and forfeiture of recovered assets, appeals arising from asset recovery proceedings, and moot court practice for asset recovery training.
