Ethics In Human Resource Management
The course explores the aptitudes expected of human resource management practitioners to enable them understand policy, legal and regulatory frameworks underpinning all stages and processes of human resource management. In addition, the course addresses ethical and compliance standards required in human resource management while leveraging on technology to reduce unethical practices.
